Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pommiselfcare.com.

  • Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

  • We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund for the affected product.

Other Returns or Exchanges

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
