1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States. All orders are processed and shipped by our fulfillment partner.
2. How long will it take to get my order?

Processing: 2–5 business days after your order is accepted

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
3. Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds are only available for damaged or incorrect items.

All other orders are final sale.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be edited or canceled within 2 hours of placing them while the status is “New.”

Once your order is accepted, it cannot be changed or canceled.
